The text-to-speech voices on this product page fall into two categories:

  • SAPI5 voices that you install in Windows and use with assistive technology applications such as the JAWS screen reader, alinea Suite, ClaroRead, and many others   
    • The brands of SAPI5 voices sold by Lime Assistive Technology Ltd are:

  • Voices in cloud / web applications that read text within that application only. They do not have to be installed, and are there in the cloud application - no matter which computer or operating system that you use!
  • The text-to-speech cloud application that we sell is:
    • alinea Online by Lexima

If you are a French speaker or student in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, you can use French language SAPI 5 voices to read French language PDFs, and use French language word prediction by buying Lexima's alinea Suite software.
