New payment methods 

We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with GoCardless who offer weekly and monthly split payment plans, as well as one off payments. We are in the process of creating one off and split payment plans for our products as quickly as we can!  All split payment plans are completed using a Direct Debit and are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. 

How do I pay for products?

This transition period does not mean that we are not open for business!  Using our contact form to tell us what product(s) you wish to buy, we can quickly create a “pay in full” and a “split payment” link which we can then send to you by e-mail. alinea Suite / alinea Online subscription licenses will be created by Lexima within two working days, but a temporary license will be created by ourselves as soon as possible (typically 3 hours) following your purchase.

SAPI 5 text-to-speech voice licence key(s) will be created within two working days following payment / subscription, but the installation file that you will automatically receive will work for thirty days before your license key is required. This applies to both single user and multi user products. 

How are you displaying prices?

As our products are listed in TablePress Max tables such as our British English text-to-speech voices, we are using Fox Currency Converter to manually enter GBP ex VAT prices which are then converted to other currencies every updated every 45 minutes, using Yahoo Finance’s currency data. 

UK Disability VAT Exemption 

We are currently talking to both GoCardless and HMRC UK regarding how to ensure that eligible UK customers can still buy eligible items on a 0% VAT basis.
